Retained Executive Search

Retained search is the optimal talent acquisition model that delivers the best results. It allows us to research and source passive candidates and provide you with bench of outstanding talent. Our preferred partnership with clients is to work on a retained search plan with an upfront fee of 25% and the balance due once an offer is extended and accepted. Retained search guarantees our commitment to fulfilling the position and provides clients with high touch service. We aim to fill our retained searches within eight to ten weeks. We charge clients 20% of candidates first year’s compensation.

Contingent Search

Sandymount Search undertakes a limited number of contingent searches each year. We offer a “no success, no fee” agreement to select clients and charge 25% of candidates first year compensation. We offer a 60 day replacement guarantee on contingent searches.
